  Drawing Pneumatic Circuits

I'm drafting my first pneumatic circuit drawing, which should appear online soon. It will be for this pick-and-place robot: (URL) The robot has 4 functions, one operating twice in its 10-step cycle. I'm using Visio at the moment and, having designed (...) (21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.technic)

Request building tips on 4403 alternative model

Hello all, I've tried to build one of the (URL) set #4403 Air Blazers> alternatives that doesn't have full instructions: the jet fighter with two parallel tails and adustable wings. I've never been a real master builder, and I'm man enough to admit (...) (21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.military, lugnet.lego.direct, FTX)

(...) Koyan. Fantastic work! Having done up a few models in MLCad I can appreciate the time it took to complete this task. Congratulations! Kevin (21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.space)

Re: Peak Diesel Engine (was Re: BNSF new paint)

(...) Thanks :-) I particularly like the fact that the effect is easier to achieve with Lego in 8mm scale than in HO or OO in 3.5mm or 4mm scale. Using SNOT with grille tiles gives a finer grille than just alternating plates, and there's some relief (...) (21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build.schleim)

  Incontri ravvicinati col brucone :-P

(21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.org.it, FTX)

(...) Yeah, you're right - except rice has a couple of advantages: -Vacuum/throw away. It's cheap. -You can cook it and have a deliscious meal.   rtlToronto/Ropeway1

(...) Yeah! Maybe two bins, at either end. And a pan in the centre... the rope would have flags/targets on it for positioning. So the thing is you can have: a) robot does one big scoop, one big dump, but is slow b) robot is tiny and fast, taking (...) (21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Next contest, was Re: 32 long (again)

(...) I just realized I had a plastic bag of balls myself. Christina wouldn't let me take the Bag of Humanity (a creepy bag of 100 white soccer players) without taking a sack of balls and their kick-stands too. I found them the other day and (...)   Re: Lego RC set 8369

(...) If so what's the point of the set. LEGO even says that it's for building a 6 wheeler, not replacing a broken gearpack. If anything they should release a steering pack since i can see the steering giving in way sooner than the gears. (21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic)

Re: lego technic events in Canada

  Re: 32 long (again)

(...) Rice sounds messy. Maybe you should use something easier to pick up. Like tiny soccer balls. Then, you could also roll them down the 32 long axles (tying back to the actual subject) (21 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: 32 long (again)

(...) I like that idea. Dropping or picking things up. Or both. (...) Now THAT I'd like to do, but I wouldn't know how to score it or how to clean it up.
