  Hello everybody

Hello everybody, I'm new here. This is my first post. I started building Mecha about 9 month ago and the 22nd is the first that goes to public. It's named Primech because it's the first one that actually got a name. (2 URLs) The arms are inspired by (...) (21 years ago, 28-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: surrender, you're surrounded!

(snip) Bottom line--it's a matter of opinion. One opinion is okay with the color change, the other is not. This sounds like a debate that ranks up there with politics and abortion. The German AFOL community has been most vocal about this, and (...) (21 years ago, 28-Jan-05, to lugnet.color)

  Re: Bricksaic version 0.1.0

(...) I ran into this too while betatesting. If you were using, for example, MLCad, it might be a problem with the color definitions that MLCad is aware of. Bricksiac is getting its color info from the ldconfig.ldr file in the install dir, I think. (...) (21 years ago, 28-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mosaic, lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Latest Train Show Invite

  Re: Post something 2 Castle!

(...) I think that's basicly what's happened. Most of the forum "noise" is over there. If you ask my opinion, the KK2 debate is a bit over-done there. Too many people take exception to the criticisms of the negative product concerns from the first (...) (21 years ago, 28-Jan-05, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Latest Train Show Invite

(...) I think this is a good way to get the time to integrate the layout before NMRA. Since we can't as well set this up anywhere privately, we might as well use it as an opportunity to work out issues between project members. (...) I'm fine with (...)   Re: Dillution of trade name

Hello! (...) Oh, people (kids, parents, non-AFOLs) are using "legos" all the time around here. It simply is shorter for "LEGO bricks" and everybody still knows exactly what this term ("legos") is referring to. As long as it's not used in official (...)   Re: Is 1:40 minifig scale? (was Project YAMATO)

(...) I agree with previous posts that the variability of minifigs, not to mention their dispropotion nature means that a number of scales are possible. However, for me personally Minifig scale is not really 40:1. I have been doing a lot of work (...) (21 years ago, 28-Jan-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)

I'm pretty sure that soon you'll find a black, unmarked vehicle at your doorstep, from where two men in suits will emerge to ask you to join the Lego development group. Hello, I'am working on LD4DModeler V2 (see (URL) i want to make it better in every aspect over V1 am looking for some artist who is willing to make some (mostly) 16x16 pixel icons for me. I think people who used V1 know why I rather don't do it (...) (21 years ago, 28-Jan-05, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Modifying set 5600 (RC Racer)

I just picked up a used set 5600 (Radio Control Racer), thinking that I would take the wheels off, put a gearbox in to gear it down, and add some treads or fat tires, making a more tank-like vehicle my young son would be able to control. Sadly, I (...) (21 years ago, 28-Jan-05, to lugnet.technic)
