Q: close (but isolated) coupling with RCX

Hello, can anybody point to information / own experiences concerning the close coupling of a LEGO RCX controller with external electronics? I know that using the RCX IR interface would be an option - but for a number of experiments I'm also keen on (...) (21 years ago, 14-Nov-04, to lugnet.robotics)

  A change of colours.

I haven't bought a LEGO set in more than a year. I haven't met with fellow LUGNetters since May. (at least I think I did, it's getting hazy) But the clincher is I haven't built a new model or own creation in at least 18 months. But.. I have moved (...) (21 years ago, 14-Nov-04, to lugnet.loc.au)
