  Re: Train Windows service packs

(...) campaign. (...) As we have not yet reached a consensus on color yet, I have left it out. It will be in the final version of the letter. I personally would agree with your list except to place black before yellow and maybe even blue, as I have (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: 6399 Airport Shuttle Comments

I didn't realize that 6921 and 6347 were different, but I see that they are. I recently found a couple sets of 6347 at a toy store. The boxes were badly damaged, but they were complete! Is anyone willing to trade a 6921 for a 6347? Rob ---...--- (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.general)

  How to race Pod Racers

Okay, I have a Mindstorms at work and I haven't cracked it open yet but I've got this idea... What if you built towers with directional lights on them. Then built a "sled" for each pod racer with the RCX on board and a light sensor on the left. (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: 6399 Airport Shuttle Comments

(...) Scott S. correctly named the accessory sets, both of which give you more track, in response to your question. But you asked of service packs. I don't know the numbers off hand and I didn't turn them up in a quick Pause, but there are two (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: Collect comics? Buy them with Lego.

(...) I'm not into comics anymore, thank goodness, but you do have a few lots that I might be interested in, just for nostalgia's sake. How are you planning on working out the trades? Say I have a set that you want (not really sure what you're (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Re: brainplay.& KB

I was at a KB in a mall in Pittburgh a few weeks ago. While broswing the aisle a clerk ask I needed help, so i asked if they had Lego. She said only KB stores in strip malls and standalone shops carried Lego. Disappointed, I left the store. Was (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Update 9904 released

(...) I took a gander at the patterned baseplates and noticed something disturbing: Half of the (14 existing) patterns don't line up properly. There is much variation between line thickness and positioning, and I don't think there should be. Most, (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Richard wants to rub it in...

(...) Well they got sold there first and LEGO USA puts the new catalogues in the sets earlier, probably when they first get them - I suppose it's because of the US Shopper's impatience - just look at their Star Wars fans for example - many of the (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Belville Base Plates wanted

The GMLTC has urgent need for a few (40-50 or so) Belville baseplates. These are the huge (24 x 24 studs, I think) brick high plates that have a quarter circle taken out of them and a separate quarter circle plate. They were made in lots of "lovely" (...)   Re: Train Windows service packs

(...) Not a bad start. But I have to reiterate a few things. Your letter is not color specific. On reflection I agree with the color priority list but would rank them in THIS priority grey, white, red, blue, yellow,, black Secondly, I think asking (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.trains)

Tobias Möller skrev i meddelandet ... (...) Hej igen, och välkommen hit! För närvarande verkar det här vara ett ganska dött ställe (jag får det till 5 olika namn som har skrivit här överhuvudtaget), men det kanske växer till sig så småningom... Jag (...)   Re: 6273 Rock Island Refuge Auction

First off let's give a great big round of applause to all of those bidders ho stepped in today-- you guys rock! A question has arisen regarding shipping payment, as I knew it would.   Re: Plans vs imagination

Instructions...hmm... One nice thing about instructions is that I can sit down and midlessly snap bricks together and have a model form. This is very relaxing; although I do have to remind myself to build slowly. Another nice thing about (...) (26 years ago, 23-May-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Train Windows service packs

I sent my letter in about three weeks ago. I think Larry is right, keep the request simple. Doors and windows are really the most sought after items. I did not suggest a ratio or any colors, I simply copied and pasted a picture of the door and (...) (26 years ago, 23-May-99, to lugnet.trains)

  IR Tower range

Can someone tell me what the effective range of the IR tower is? Also, is the IR beam emitted in a cone? I haven't purchased a Mindstorms set, but I'm interested in possibly using them for cooperative robotics projects. I pored through several old (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Collect comics? Buy them with Lego.

Hi all, I am selling my comic collection on eBay. As of the time of this note, I have about half of the 80 lots posted.
