Re: Eidolon Engineering releases Spiffcraft to Public

If someone would like to render the Spiffcraft in LCAD and credit me, that would be just fine. BTW, do it up with one o' them new smoked canopies like on the Life on Mars rover thingy (too lazy to look up set number) I plan to replace my canopy with (...)   Re: First post and LEGO wargaming questions

(...) Of course! I happen to know that a revision for the rules is in the works, though, and that will clear up a lot of problems- plus, if you are just starting out, you'll have enough to keep track of with the regular troops, and SPs would just (...)   Re: Eidolon Engineering releases Spiffcraft to Public

(...) Would you object to rendering it in LCad and posting it in cad.? Or, if you don't have the time to do so, would you mind if someone else posted it for you, giving you full credit, of course? Dave! (24 years ago, 4-Dec-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

Re: Anybody looking for gray pieces!

(...) Would you be willing or able to provide a picture of this? I'm always interested in more grey Lego, but my mental image of the tote size you described doesn't measure up to $500 bucks worth. A picture would help me figure out if my mental (...) (24 years ago, 4-Dec-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Re: First post and LEGO wargaming questions

(...) Well, not to toot my own horn, but I have a few siege engines pictured on my website. Three of the four, admitedly, are directly from sets, but I do have a working Trebuchet on my site if you're interested in looking at it. I guarantee you (...) (24 years ago, 4-Dec-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Eidolon Engineering releases Spiffcraft to Public

That would be rather difficult to do, Paul. I don't have enough space on my webserver, and Brickshelf auto-unzips stuff that you upload, so I suppose you'll just have to download them one-at-a-time. Sorry for the inconvenience. ~Mark "Muffin Head" (...) (24 years ago, 4-Dec-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

  Re: Advances in Spamcake Technology

Well, considering that antispamcake is a purely theoretical substance at this time, it really stands to a rather unscientific guess. Rumor has it that LSF labs have conjectured that it may be a shade of "dusty blue" but the color may in fact range (...) (24 years ago, 4-Dec-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

Re: There is an Advent contest this year at lego.com

(...) Yup, I see it now. (and from just plain www.lego.com) It wasn't there on Friday, though. The contest looks much less interesting than it did last year. No neat little games, and the prices are fixed ahead of time. No more winning your (...) (24 years ago, 4-Dec-00, to lugnet.general)

  Anybody looking for gray pieces!

I have a 26" x 16" x 5" storage tote full of gray pieces. It weights 18 pounds, according to the scale at the Post Office. number of pieces ???? Most are new, some are used. I would say about 80/ 20 mix, maybe 70/ 30. Name it, chances are it's in (...) (24 years ago, 4-Dec-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Re: motorized points - finally got it!

Very cool, Steve - glad you got it to work, and I'm looking forward to the pics. I've never tried rotating the motor vertically - doh! That allows the motor torque to be shifted to a different plane than the switch throw, so you won't have to use (...) (24 years ago, 4-Dec-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.robotics)

Chain links (Re: Clock strikes hours)

Links are a Pitsco-Dacta item, but I don't know if they ship to Australia. They are really useful for solving tricky problems, and having two different types is handy. They are expensive, however. Sometimes I use them where I need a little more (...) (24 years ago, 4-Dec-00, to lugnet.technic)

Re: First post and LEGO wargaming questions

(...) Hello Eric, Thanks for your comments and link to the squad/individual discussion. Concerning wizards and arcane/magic stuff, I think we'll shy away from that for the initial confrontation. We'll probably stick with plain-Jane ground troops and (...) (24 years ago, 4-Dec-00, to lugnet.gaming)

Re: Libertador - Light Penetration Fighter
