Hi all, Just got home from the LEGO/MLS Soccer Truck Tour Display in Tampa at Raymond James Stadium. Nick, Dennis and I checked out all the displays. And I must say it was cool, I love all the little things in their inside displays. Like the (...) (26 years ago, 3-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.us.fl.tam, lugnet.general) !

What about a more powerful portable computer like the Palm, seat it on the bot and have the bot press buttons when an object or wall is hit, this would then translate to a line on a 2d drawing plain, the bot could press one button for draw(hit) and (...) (26 years ago, 3-Aug-00, to lugnet.robotics)

For mapping, you can use an ultrasonic sensor, like the one designed by John Barnes. This can find open areas up to 2 meters/yards away. I think mlcad is a great program and wanted to thank you for all of your hard work. It's the best windows based program I've seen for modeling. I would like the ability to undock windows. Is it ok to post sets w/ missing pieces? I've modeled set 3442 & 2148, both semi-trucks. The "truck horn" part has not been created yet. The color chrome doesn't seem to be an option in MLCAD.
