SW Lego Commercial -- MTT and AAT shown

Hey gang, Last night on Cartoon Network I saw an ad for Star Wars Lego, featuring the upcoming 7184 MTT and 7155 AAT. The MTT was shown "folding apart" in a very unusual way and made me wish I had taped the commercial. At any rate, I was glad to see (...) (26 years ago, 6-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Ohio builders :)

Mike makes some good points. We ought to just bring what we're strong in and use this first session as a way to establish how to actually play the game. (Any experienced BrikWars players from out-of-state wish to join us?) I could go for laying (...) (26 years ago, 6-Apr-00, to lugnet.loc.us.oh)

  Re: Ohio builders :)

(...) According to Chapter 8 of the 2000 rule book, technic figures cost 3 CP, and their only real differences are they make great technix/mechanix, and move at 8" per turn instead of the usual 5". That and they make a much greater target because (...) (26 years ago, 6-Apr-00, to lugnet.loc.us.oh)

Re: Sfida Sumo LF V: regolamento

(26 years ago, 6-Apr-00, to lugnet.loc.it)

  Re: Your most expensive "MOC"...

(...) My most expensive creation is likely the coal unloader that i have built...or the whole mine/coal loader, 2 trains, coal unloader :). 2 RCX's, 2 extra touch sensors, 2 extra gear motors, 5 3cm pnumatic cylinders, 200 or so chain links, 50 or (...)   Re: Lego buys Zowie Entertainment

Wow, this is interesting news. I just took a quick peek at the Zowie website to see what kinds of products they make. The one I looked at was an interactive Pirate ship that plugs into your PC. This could bode well for the return of the Pirate's (...) (26 years ago, 6-Apr-00, to lugnet.general)

stl2dat converter now read binary stl

Good news for Autocad part developers ! My stl2dat converter now reads binary stl files. It recognises binary files automatically. I also introduced a new option to set the origin, because some cad-cam programs can only produce stl files where all (...) (26 years ago, 6-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Set ID #?

Hi all, I was looking to place an order through S@H today, and brought one of the recent catalogs into work with me. However, it doesn't have all of the Adventurer's sets listed in it ...   Re: Some Words To BFC

(...) If you use a 3D card then the speed increase from BFC becomes negligible, I've tried to activate BFC on LeoCAD and it didn't show a big difference with the current library. Keep in mind that the current cards (except the newer GeForce) have a (...) (26 years ago, 6-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Will RCX work on PowerBook G3?

(...) Just to be exceptionally pedantic: that video port is indeed an S-Video port however the adapter will allow it to output 'composite' video in either PAL or NTSC format. Please do not connect any serial devices to it ! -Simon (26 years ago, 6-Apr-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Some Words To BFC

(...) I agree that an automatic process might not always work 100% but it can make parts almost perfect and with only a small effort you'll be able to completely fix them. (...)   Re: Wild West Minifigs and Brown Log Bricks

On the other hand, this post: (URL) something I still would have put in .buy-sell-trade because I was explicitly looking for offers to buy (my cross post to (...) (...) That would be the fastest option for rendering. (...) If anyone wants to take a look and help, I can send the source to what I have done so far (it needs VC++ 5.0).   Re: Yellow 2x2x3 slope

(...) Probably a modest, but good value. 6330 Cargo Center has 4 so they aren't totally unavailable. I wouldn't be surpised if you could end up geting at least dollar a piece for them. (26 years ago, 6-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.appraisal)
