  Re: International Box Update

In lugnet.market.jambalaya, Frank Filz writes: <snipped the whole thing> If Jan "fills it to the top" with euro, it could well bounce around here for a while.   Re: New - Heavy Weapons Police Helicopter!

very cool, mladen! i like the colors a lot. that model would also look pretty cool in black and white like a residential police patroller. coincidentally i'm also doing a model that utilizes the transparent canopies on the sides of the model like (...) (26 years ago, 3-Apr-00, to lugnet.build)

  Themes in general

I was simply wondering what other LEGO fans thought about the amount, variety, & creativity behind the themes which TLC has produced. I took out about just 10 minutes yesterday & thought of about 30 really neat ideas for additional Themes, about (...) (26 years ago, 3-Apr-00, to lugnet.space)

  Best TECHNIC set to date

I was wondering what people thought was the most inventive, accurate, challenging, & enjoyable technic lego set made to date. My thoughts surround the "Shuttle" set, for a set with no pnuematics the feats it accomplishes are quite impressive! (26 years ago, 3-Apr-00, to lugnet.technic)

  A lessoned learned

I learned a valuable lesson yesterday. That being whenever you go shopping for Lego bring a piece of paper and a pen. The Kmart I was in was putting most of their large sets on clearance but I couldn't remember all of the set names and discount (...) (26 years ago, 3-Apr-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: A minifig pack for EVERY theme

(...) I'd agree with this generally, EXCEPT, there is a tendency for the only female characters to be rare unique characters. Willa is about the only female I have seen that I don't want a bunch of (and she's a common figure - go figure). Give us (...) (26 years ago, 3-Apr-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

  NMRA

Re: A minifig pack for EVERY theme

(...) Disagree. LEGO used to do a lot more minifig packs. Town, Space, Castle, Pirates, there was even a Wild West mfp. They've only recently started doing fewer of them. I'm guessing mfp's are not big sellers. They may be popular among the True (...) (26 years ago, 3-Apr-00, to lugnet.dear-lego) !
