  RE: New York Toy Fair

The risk is very low for most people because they don't have enough bricks to build a wall that tall :-( This page is very interesting. Larry Pieniazek wrote in message <38B57391.B41BEE42@v...er.net>... (...) I punked out of two auctions (not YOURS Larry) because the sellers were trying to rip me off on the shipping, as if they don't make enough on the sale. (25 years ago, 25-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.theory)

Re: Popula, the quirkiest auction site?

(...) The Serious Collector's prices are even worse than eBay (no, I didn't think this was possible either). Plus, the auctions semed to take forever to end. (25 years ago, 25-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.theory)

Well I thought I would start up our first Jambalaya box (hopefully it won't be the last). This is going to be a Mini-fig box. I don't even bid often on E-Bay but I check it enough to know that what the bid value is at 3 days before in no way reflects what the final bid is going to be. (...)   Ingenous eBay advertising posts

I wonder if I am the only one who rolls my eyes when I read eBay advertising posts which read something like "price still only $x... or 40% of retail cost... and 3 days to go".
