Usefull little feature idea for Ldite [was: Re: Help with LDLite]

I've been really wanting to see a little feature get implemented somewhere along the way. When I first saw that Ldlite had a "rotate model after drawing" feature, I was expecting that it was in preperation for this feature: The ability to generate (...) (26 years ago, 3-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Eric, (...) Wow, that is so cool! The way the castle constructed itself, the minifigs, just awesome. I could see a three or four hour movie with each theme. Awesome!   Re: Analog/Digital IO

(...) For digital values, you can use a parallel port card, or even handshake lines on a serial port. For analog, you can again use a parallel port, and hook up an external A/D chip.   Re: Lose the Plastic Thingies (tm)

(...) Well, they have a prefab building system. I picked up a Playmobil catalog at Target and it was frightening how much the lines were similar, right down to the color schemes for things.   Re: L-Draw - Future is the Net?

In LDLite on MS Windows, the .dat files are searched for for by trying to do an "OpenFile" in several directories. It would be very easy to replace the "OpenFile" with a call that gets a file via ftp or html. I dreamed of adding an attempt to get a (...) (26 years ago, 3-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)
