That’s cool, nice smooth lines.
I like how the landing gear when retracted is completely out of the way. That’s
one thing I completely stink at, is landing gear.
Only nitpick would be to get rid of the orange.

I’ll try to remove the orange, see if it looks better. But I like these small
color drops, I think it’s more eye-catching.

I think most of the parts used in this one come from the Air Balzers set : the
archer windows, but also the canopy and the 2x6x1 red slopes.
“schleim building”??? I saw that schleim word before, without understanding it.
Any meaning?

I believe that schleim is rough English=>German translation of the word snot
which we all know as SNOT (studs not on top) building. You could have
approriately cross-posted your creation to lugnet.build.schleim as well.
I also agree about the orange. Maybe if you could find some of those
chrome-silver grille tiles. That would contrast nicely against the red.

I went to see it, there is a post / a thread telling the full and original story
about “schleim”, it’s so nice, so funny!
Back on the orange, as you say i could try the chrome tiles, it would match
nicley with the red, but, dunno, with the black grills at the front... oh well,
I’ll try also.

Actually, you’ll need to get two. One for parts, and one just to have that helo

Sweet! I like the overall shape, and the landing gear are a big plus. I only
wish we could see “under the hood.”

photographed yet, though I think your front gear is better than mine. I like
the use of the ball joints for engines, but it would be nice if it could look
more complex on both the inside and outside. Also, I like the little bot,

This was going to be a ‘me-too’ post because I really like this SRF of yours.
But, I actually like the orange,(1) so it looks like I’ve wandered out of
‘me-too’ territory. In fact I’d like to see the orange grilles extend up the
hood to the front of the canopy, like a racing stripe. (I know ‘build it
yourself smart guy’ would be a valid response.) But, that landing gear is
worth any number of racing stripes.

I haven’t reverse engineered your design yet, so I don’t know how that would
work...

Houla! That’s a tough one you’re asking here! Litteraly it should be something
like “Crampon pas sur le dessus” (CPSLD, not easy to say...). “Crampon pas vers
le haut” (CPVLH, same problem). Nothing really convincing.
I’d like to propose “Patapon”, which has at least as much meaning as “Schleim”,
and will be easy to pronounce.

I’m glad you cleared that up. I looked up ‘crampon’ and got worried in the
context of snot, and then I realized it was about the studs.
I think ‘morve’ is perfect, not just because it is snot/schleim, but because
it leads to ‘morvellous’ or in French ‘morveilleuse’. So, that’s a morveilleuse
design you’ve got there.

You don’t need that. Just figure out a way to attach a 1x6 tile (2x in Bounty
Hunter Pursuit, btw) on top of the forward fuselage. You’ve clearly got the
spacing figured out or you would have been able to attach the air intakes, so
all you’d need to do is replace some of those 1x1’s with 1x1 TECHNIC bricks and
stick stud-pins in them to attach the tile. It’ll help break up the flatness,
which is a good thing anyways. Sport cars are usually curvey to help air flow
over them, and the flat forward section is long and wide enough that it looks a
bit odd. Fast, but odd.

these parts belong to ball joints, but I couldn’t find the part on peeron.

It is a little confusing because it starts as a 2 x 2 plate. I occasionally
have difficulty myself when I know what I’m lookig for but I don’t know what
they use to describe it.
