It is my understanding that the idea is to allow a builder to use as much area beyond the 32x32 baseplate as they want on 2 sides (I don't think we ever determined which side(s), similar to the rules for rtlToronto's C$ competition. A little while ago Steve asked me to put together a T3 board in LDraw. After some work and some discussions with Steve & Kerby, here is what I've come up with.
