In fact, that “personal” image was even a joke amongst
AFOLs considering the ubiquitous and ageless Susan Williams!

I’d not heard of Susan Williams before this but was promped to look her up. I
had some letters from the consumer relations department in my youth but they
weren’t signed by susan, my guess is that she only signs all the US letters!
