I just looked at the Bionicle scan and it looks okay. I might get some, but if the original Throwbots go on good clearance I will buy them instead. I don't understand about collecting masks. Todd, can you create a technic.slizer group to cover the themes of Throwbots, Roboriders and Bionicle? Trimmed bionicle from FUT (...) I agree with Bill. Violence in a story isn't bad, per se. It's *celebrating it* as an end in and of itself that's bad. Take a look at www.bionicle.com, the official Lego bionicle site.....Slow as ****, and it always locks up my browser. Maybe there will be some cool parts though. The last two have limbs that might be interesting for castle lego. (you could create an elf hero with a magical green axe, for instance). Kopaka's head might be useful for some space MOCs. That ugly flame SPUD *might* be useful as ornamentation in (...) (23 years ago, 28-Nov-00, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.year.2001)

Vandaag in Amersfoort nieuwe Bionicle sets gezien. Zelf Onua 8532 gekocht. Ze zitten in de al eerder gebruikte 'bus' met schroefdop. Met een erg leuk mini CD-rommetje erbij over de wereld van Bionicle (je moet dan eerst je maskercode invoeren, zoals (...) (23 years ago, 6-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.nl)

I'm having a good, long look at these creatures. Here are some things i'm noticing. <set:8531 Pohatu> Pohatu has brown Throwbot parts, as well as tan. The main function of this set is almost certainly a gear-controlled kicking motion. Look at the (...) (23 years ago, 27-Nov-00, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.year.2001)

I didn't see any sets slated for a summer release, except for that Bionicle stuff...and what's up with that stuff, anyway? In fact, this same part is present in the Bionicle sets. Look at the chest of Lewa, Kopaka, and Tahu, and the under-arm on Pohatu. ...I actually *know* what *will* come out in 2002. First, though, take a look at Slizers. They primary models were released in 1999. Then Millennia, the supposed ultimate Slizer came around in 2000.
