Vanilla, prince, one more male figure
I believe that the figure that comes with this set is Elvira, not Vanilla.
Princess Vanilla has brown eyes and parted lips (teeth show). Elvira is the one
with blue eyes and wears blue. Looks like three of the four princesses from
2001 made it into 2002 sets. Rosita may not have enjoyed the cold. :-)
Thanks for the alert. As you say, good pieces here. I am wondering if the skis
are the same as the Technic-scale Arctic rescue sets used back in the
Eighties.It would make sense. I have a pair of those in yellow and they fit the
Belville figures perfectly.
On another question concerning the name "Belville." "Bel" means beautiful.
Belville simply means "Beautiful village" or Pretty town——whatever. Cheers, WES
