Exactly Right, slaves (working in fields etc.) had not nothing to do with
the battles.
It could be a fictionalized series just like other themes do. It doesn't have
to be 100%

This is my exact point, TLC does not even have to call them civil war sets.
They can just make the battle fields, Forts, minifigs in the blue and gray
uniforms and let the parents decide what they want to tell their childern
about these sets.

Keep this idea alive! Its a great idea and it has alot of potential!
