Thanks for the info Nate. What you said about the variety of uniforms used
by the Confederate army is one reason why I'm not obsessed with trying to
recreate any truly authentic LEGO look-alikes. I think having the grey kepi
and torso is generic enough that folks get the idea.
But at the same time, if there are elements available to make the MOC's more
true-to-life then it's good to know what to aim for - so thanks again for
the additional info.
My only thought when it comes to building our various armies and sharing
pictures/info/suggestions is that as long we don't start acting like those
pedantic train folks we'll be okay.

| (...) I couldn't agree more. So tell one tell all, lets share suggestions and post those pics. Wouldn't be it great to see a Civil War theme! That may be a little too much to ask though.
