(...) I definitely in favor of the 30X30 train modules. Its also what we in Toronto do. A definite copy of PNLTC design (thanks Ben Fleske). (...) Wow! It is *so* unusual that LEGO would allow one of their sculptures to fall into "civilian" hands. Usually once a model has outlived its lifespan, they're ground up into tiny bits. This summer the NGLTC has scheduled two shows at the local LEGO stores (I guess that's the price of having two LEGO stores). The RailRacers(tm) track was a challenge until I brought the lamps in. After that it worked very well (thanks for all your help, jt)...except for the occasional driver that decided to race in reverse and backed the train into their lap. I had blocks (...)
