Lists exists and Steve and I have communicated a fair amount with respect to
adding names to it.  I excpect that Steve will be contacting the initial
group of members shortly.  The list going forward (unless there is a reason
to change it) is IOLTC.  I don't know if a list can be renamed but it is
fairly easy to create a new one and carry a list of subscriptions over to
the new list if it becomes necessary.
