(...) As evident from the dual posting of a show report, we are still a beginning club :). Appologies on behalf of COLTC. Anyway, we had lots of fun. Bad part was a several hour long brown-out that occurred. We could only run 2-car trains, and those (...) (21 years ago, 14-Oct-03, to lugnet.trains)

(...) yup, you're not alone. I've posted a few trains here, not a single response. Luckily, I ran them at shows, and got alot of oohs and ahhs. for instance: (URL) 1 response.   Stability of cars/rails?

Hello all, Being new to this list I hope you'll forgive me if I'm asking a stupid question. It's late and I've had absolutely no prior experience with trains period. :) My question (of course I have a question! You didn't think I'd actually have (...) (21 years ago, 12-Oct-03, to lugnet.trains)

3225 should not be too hard, perhaps you could make a quick trip to Germany?? It's still being sold. 4558 will be a challenge unless you're willing to pay around 300-350 USD. It's the most coveted 9V and been out of production for several years. (...) (26 years ago, 16-Feb-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Polish tram 105n CAD model

Hello, I'd like to show you my new CAD model, 105n series tram. These trams were pretty popular in Poland, but now they are replaced with newer constructions. Lar Wrote (and I snipped) "exciting new build techniques" ... I like the use of the 4x4 tiles (w/4 studs) on the roof. It breaks up the lines nicely.
