(...) I think you will find that it doesn't. If you look at the box cover in the set database, you will see that the regulator is not shown as included, but is crossed out meaning you need to get it separately. (...) I'm not getting into this (...) (23 years ago, 24-Jul-01, to lugnet.trains)

Re: 9V Train pieces - local sources?

Best thing to do would be to buy a Train set. Either 4561 (Not as good but you get a motor, wheels & couplers.) Ozbricks has 4561 discounted to $205.00 until Sunday Midnight And most people make there own wagon plates using standard plates with (...) (...) Please do! (...) I'd advise using white (artgum) rather than pink, as pink has abrasive in it. If white works as well, you've saved abrading your track a bit. Abrasion, I would think, would increase the rate of subsequent dirt accretion. The (...) (22 years ago, 10-Sep-02, to lugnet.trains)

Revieval of the 12V remote-controlled train layouts??!! No more running around the track, just push a button, let an RCX control your points, or whatever switching material you want to use. You have to do some drilling and cutting, but it is (...) (22 years ago, 16-Sep-02, to lugnet.trains)
