That's exactly what they do. It's a 2x2x2 slope, otherwise known as the
"minifig dress piece" due to its occasional use in that role.

From an e-mail I got from S@H just before they went up on the website, they said they're looking at what (...) (24 years ago, 23-Feb-01, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.general)
