That blue 4.5V track was mine, I never managed to complete building a layout -
it didn't run very fast either, it didn't like having my MOC wagons on it which
used the old 4-stud train wheels from an earlier set (yet to be reconstructed).
I was intending to connect all 3 voltages together - I got close but I never
had the time to build the 12V layout past a loop. I think I'll be
concentrating on a bigger 12V layout next time.
