Inspired by this picture of a German diesel locomotive from Jeroen’s assembly of cool train pictures, I have tried an initial model.

Well, it’s funny, I’ve made a model of the same locomotive few weeks ago... take a look at: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=456819

I am sorry that I didn’t notice the posting of your locomotive.

Your model is very well done. Proper 3-axle wheel sets, and better stacking of the fence vents. Very nice.

Thanks for announcing it.

(...) Hey, no problem! :) (...) Thanks. The front is better designed in your model, I've used SNOT, but it doesn't looks too good. My "Ludmila" is longer - 38 studs. shgg.dt (21 years ago, 16-Aug-03, to lugnet.trains, FTX)
