Inspired by this picture of a German diesel locomotive from Jeroen’s assembly of cool train pictures, I have tried an initial model.

The model intends to have working three-point headlamps.

I believe that a Steve Barile custom beveled brick would serve very well to model the ribbing along the sides. While I do not have this custom modified brick installed now, I have used it in the past on this Danish locomotive.
