Re: Train Engine Shed Sneak Peek Photos!

(...) Please send me or (preferably) Mike a note offline with more details on this, including where you saw the error and what browser you are running, it was working fine for me. I use IE 6. (22 years ago, 27-Mar-03, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Train Engine Shed Sneak Peek Photos!

(...) I've seen it up close and personal (at BricksWest 2003) and to put it end to end should work fine. Side to side may require a few small mods to the model so that protruding things mate correctly (22 years ago, 27-Mar-03, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Train Engine Shed Sneak Peek Photos!

(...) That was the first thing I tried when I got my hands on one. Yes, you can certainly join two either end to end or side by side. There will need to be a very slight modification of the hinge brick (the kind that are two 1x2 bricks joined (...) (22 years ago, 27-Mar-03, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Train Engine Shed Sneak Peek Photos!

You'd need to replace the 1x4 brick hinge with a 1x4 brick, or else the bump would stop them coming together. Given the level of detail present (the tools are amazing, and the lathe is crying out for a micro-motor) I wouldn't be surprised to find (...) (22 years ago, 27-Mar-03, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: 0-4-0 Switcher

  Re: 0-4-0 Switcher

(...) Ya, yard goats are almost as cute as Critters. This switcher (or one very like it) is extremely well known among old time model railroaders because there were so many copies of an HO model of it sold in the 40s, 50s and 60s... You've captured (...) (22 years ago, 27-Mar-03, to lugnet.trains)
