I like the orange and black combination.

You know, with all the great trains and buildings you, how about making
L-Draw instructions available to us less talented folk?

Then we could all steal.....err borrow your designs.

I think he only has a Mac (or did he get a PC recently??) and thus doesn't
know how to use a real computer, or programs (like MLCad) that only RUN on
real computers...

Lar,

What would you pay for a set of instructions only to that SW? (which has
some neat techniques in it, that's for sure, as well as beaucoup rare parts,
but it sure looks nifty)...

I have to go do some research, I wasn't aware that the end rails were
elevated that much on 1500s....

John,

I like the design John. The big forward, depending on how one defines forward,
windows, the steps, the pseudo door. Almost perfect. The one part the bugged me
a bit were the airplane windows on the sides. The airplane windows on the side
are good in that they do not make it look like there is a large support pillar
at the corner (like a normal 1x2x2 would), but the fact that a hole is left
where the airplane windows and the front windows meet bothers me a bit (not that
I have any suggestions for a better solution).
Anyway, I like both of the engines, thanks for sharing. When I get around to
doing a New Orleans Belt 1500 I'll be borrowing heavily.

Thanks,
Chris

PS Don't let the mundanes wear you down. Viva Macintosh!
