The only thing that comes to mind is some sort of a secure (password
protected?) Acrobat document. It would also be pretty easy to produce
Acrobat documents with what are essentially serial numbers on them or in
them. If an electronic version started floating around it might be possible
to track down the leak but that takes quite a bit of effort.
If you see instructions available, I suspect you will only see printed
versions available and they won't be cheap.
