It's a kind of alcohol (do not drink it, you would get blind). You can buy it
(at lest here in Germany) in any supermarket. My mum uses it still to clean
the windows. And I myself use it during the winter months as protection against
icing in my cars water tank (the water for the windscreen wiper).
