  Re: New S@H Catalog

(...) Interesting... So all non-winning entrants get to retain full rights to their designs? That I didn't expect. KDJ ___...___ LUGNETer #203, Windsor, Ontario, Canada (24 years ago, 31-Dec-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.trains)

Re: My Latest MOC-- a Chateau

(...) What did you use for the columns on the front? They look like they're one piece, whereas the ones on the back look like "normal" 2x2 round bricks. Also I believe the conical trees used to come in two sizes. Which ones did you use? And where do (...)   Re: My Latest MOC-- a Chateau

Time to think about building something other than Trains, John!!! Great Job, good ornate details, and very impressive, I can't wait to see this on a layout table when you guys get the new setup done!   Re: My Latest MOC-- a Chateau

(...) It's a nice piece of work, J2. Kind of narrow, though, you should consider making it a bit wider. That's a lot of windows, I can see why you credited LD for making it possible. ++Lar (24 years ago, 31-Dec-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.trains.org)

  Bullet Train

Well, I thought I'd toss this up since I've mentioned the existence of it a few times... (URL) of the pics were taken at the Blissfest on Wednesday. Enjoy. ++Lar (24 years ago, 31-Dec-00, to lugnet.trains)

Re: My Latest MOC-- a Chateau

(...) Thanks, JT. (Already apologized for the pic quality:/) It is mostly white; the corners, base, and trim are gray (too bad it isn't all gray; how nuts would that be to have *that* many gray 1x2x2 windows!)   Proposal: a TOWN building contest!

In the spirit of the recent Classic Space building contest, I'm proposing (and am willing to organise) a building contest for us TOWN junkies.   Re: New S@H Catalog

  My Latest MOC-- a Chateau

This MOC is a departure for me in a couple of ways. Normally, I build trains and train related stuff. After having been to LLC this past summer, I became inspired to create a building that had miniland detail in it, but was minifig scale. So I built (...)
