  Tilting Space Train=COOL!

If you haven't already checked this space train out on BrickShelf, I encourage you to do so. Middle section tilts. Looks like the tilting mechanism is an inclined axis of rotation similar in principle to Eric Brok's tilting Metroliner. I am (...) (23 years ago, 16-Aug-01, to lugnet.trains)

Re: My First Green Loco (was: Got my new Passenger Wagons!!!)

(...) Thanks Lawrence, I'll be there. Hopefully I'll have some more Locos and wagons to test, and a couple of giant engine sheds to bring along too. Looking forward too it! Cheers, Paul. (23 years ago, 16-Aug-01, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.trains)

(...) Thanks! (...) Yep, that's one of the improvements I'm planning, but I still haven't gotten round to loading PSP6. It's coming. (...) It seems pretty stable pulling a couple of small wagons, but I haven't tested with a really BIG load, or at (...) (23 years ago, 16-Aug-01, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.trains)

(...) I made one with an RCX and my custom light sensors (They act as touch sensors and don't need to be calibrated. They also need a light on the other side of the track). When the train comes in it's set to normal. Then when the train is in the (...) (23 years ago, 15-Aug-01, to lugnet.trains)

(...) You are using the same large pictures for the thumpnails, which causes it to load slowly, but the links works then fast. Still, you should use smaller pictures for the thump nails. E.g.   Re: RGB color values for many brick colors

(...) Hi. just wanted to note that I'm updating colors with Steve. My page may change soon, though not dramatically. -Suz (23 years ago, 15-Aug-01, to lugnet.publish, lugnet.trains, lugnet.faq, lugnet.off-topic.geek, lugnet.cad)

Helpful, but if you could cross correlate to the LDraw colors and color values, (and to the ref that Suzanne put together that you reference, although I would use this link: (URL) instead of the one you give as it is annotated) that would be (...)   Reversing Loop Automation

Has anyone made a revsersing loop that automaticly sets it self? The LEGO Train Depot ((URL) talks about a reversing loop project and how to do it manually with technic switches. I'm wondering if anyone has automated this process? Thanks -Ahui (23 years ago, 15-Aug-01, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Train2 Toronto pictures

(...) Well, there are two things you can try: 1) Reduce the size of your images - 800 x 600 is usually fine, and yields images in the 100k range rather than f.i. 1600x1200 in the 450k range. I'm not certain your images *are* big - but a lot of (...) (23 years ago, 15-Aug-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.trains)

(...) Hi Joe, Nope, the Amtrack train engine isn't mine, but it is quite beautiful. I believe it was created by Pierre Normandin from Montreal. Can someone else confirm that? Hey, thanks for that information. I was actually looking for that this week. You might want to post that under the reference section at Ldraw.org, as well.
