Recently, the Northern Illinois Lego Train Club was given a task. For our first show at the Geneva History Center, each of us created a historic building in the town. For my part, I did a model of the town's old dutch windmill, known as the Fabyan (...) (18 years ago, 25-Apr-07, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.trains.org.niltc, lugnet.town, lugnet.build, FTX) !!

Hi All, I completed 3 more building facades completed for Detroit. I think I have two more to go and then I am done. A few highlights: Maerske blue (I used quite a few of the 1x6 inverse slopes to get the 1x1 striping effect in the facade), dark (...) I purchased the corner cafe directions and tried to build it with parts I had. Aside from colors, the problems that I encountered were mainly with windows. The first floor windows are 6 bricks tall unlike the 5 tall windows I have. Similarly the (...) (18 years ago, 22-Apr-07, to lugnet.town) !!
