I'm looking forward to some feedback.

I said it before: http://news.lugnet.com/build/military/?n=2067

but I'll say it again... this stuff rocks. I agree with the poster who opined
"good enough for LEGOLand"!!! Are these all static or do any of them have
motors?

Thanks for sharing with all of us!

Thank you for the compliments.
To answer your question: the models are static, though I tend to incorporate
some working features. For instance, the wrecker's crane can be raised by
turning a little wheel hidden behind a door and the caterpillar wheel loader
has a functioning pneumatic system. I used to put motors in my helicopters,
(which I don't have anymore) but generally not in other vehicles since they're
either too small (cars) or too heavy (trucks).
The black Tomcat fighter used to have 9V lights in the cockpit and the engine
exhausts to suggest working afterburners. The 9V battery box (a black one from a
space police set) was located in the back of the plane, right behind the
cockpit. I later decided to discard the lights in one of many rebuilds it
underwent over the years, since I needed the space occupied by the battery for
an improved wing-sweep mechanism. Still, it looked pretty good and I might try
something similar in the future.

Regards,
Ralph
