Okay,so I understand that it has been a LONG time since the last house came
out. Actually, I shouldn't say that as the Velux house came out just
recently. However, I would have to say $130 for a MISB Metro Park and Service
Tower is a GREAT deal. When was the last time Lego came out with a parking
garage for vehicles? Wait, there is only one set...the Metro Park and Service
Tower. I can see how this set could go for a lot of money. However, there is
not just one house out there or one Metro Park and Service Tower. They are
always up on eBay. I never thought that there would be a #361 Garage on eBay
and there have been 3 on. I missed the first one because I thought the price
was too steep, and sure enough, another one pops up. Likewise with the
houses. There is absolutely no excuse for buying a house for $205 USED
compared to the same house MISB cheaper than that. There will always be
doubles of it. The houses might be rare, but they're not THAT rare. There is
one set that I have only seen one of on eBay, and that is the 1484 Weetabix
Promotional house. I could have gotten that house, but my friend needed this
house to finish his suburb so I let him have it. :-) That's a house that I
would probably pay a pretty penny for. That's okay! Let people spend $200+
on used houses...I'll settle for the $40-$100 used houses. :-)
Speaking of cities....do you have a website???
