Becoming increasingly disatisfied with my previous effort to model the Academy of Music, a now demolished Louis Sullivan bldg in Kalamazoo Michigan, I decided to tear it down and build new. I am trying to build a Victorian house with sash windows and have built some rather nice ones with the clear panels (1x4x3) which are readily available from LEGO. However I need to make some half the width (1x2x3) and have discovered the small train (...) (22 years ago, 9-Sep-02, to lugnet.town)

I finally acquired enough dark red to put together a little building for the TCLTC layout (another "backdrop" building). I was really anxious to see the dark red in action, so to speak, and I think it was worth the wait! I *really* like this color (...)
