If Lego made new Town sets... what should they be?

If Lego were to make new, non-juniorised Town sets, what would you like
them to be? My top ten would be:
Historic houses (ones that are likely to still exist in a modern town)
Town Hall
Neighbourhood park (with kids play equipment, trees, flowers, park
benches, etc)
Factories
Theatre/Concert hall
School(s) - old-fashioned 2-room school and modern high school
Campground (with tents and RV's)
Library (lots of 1x1 tiles in all colors for books!)
Outdoor market
Garden Centre
Others I'd like as well....
Modern houses
Hospital
Individual small stores
skyscraper
apartment block
townhouses
Department store
Supermarket
Mall
Corner store
Bus station
Bus stops
Church
Amusement park
Zoo
Circus
Recreation centre (swimming pool, ice/roller rink, tennis courts, gym
