Your list covers just about everything a city or town could want. But you
forgot to ask for police stations and fire stations plus the vehicles to go
with them! <joking>
But seriously, I enjoy building industrial settings. Someday I will rebuild
my prized oil refinery once I figure out how best to design and build large
fuel storage tanks. My fuel truck drivers get bored with no place to go
besides the gas stations.
I also have built a bunch of warehouses along the train station platforms
(see set 4554 for example) so that my tractor trailers have some place to
back up to and unload.
I would also like to see an airplane hangar that will fit a full-sized
airplane and still have doors that close and are still big enough for an
airplane to pass through. <big dream here>

....I can think it up, just don't get around to building it...
