Hey Tony, not to criticize you, but that fact has been already mentioned, and the fact that the instructions this way make it next to impossible to copy. Can't say I have any memories of Exxon tankers. The first time I ever heard about Exxon was the Valdez incident. Instead we had 671. Same model, different colors. The slopes used to approximate a round shape and the stickers added a sense of realism to the model that was really refreshing for the time (this was one of the sets that ushered in the minifig era). (...) It's really pretty much already done-- Car Wars is a very easily adaptable system to larger scales. I'd suggest simply going with a scale of, say, 6 or 8 studs = 1/2 inch in Car Wars terms and then go build the vehicle you designed in the (...) (24 years ago, 19-Mar-01, to lugnet.town)
