The TRU promotion ran pretty smoothly up in the North Seattle area. You had to go to Customer service at each one and request your masks. Actually, I was in on TRU and saw a kid doing that. Let the manager know, and he walked over and took the kid to the info desk. What really annoys me are those who are so obsessed with getting all the masks before everyone that they have to go through ALL of the mask boxes, looking for the good masks, and not letting anyone else get anything good for a change. You had better luck than we did. One had signs and posters up but said they weren't participating, #2 had only Onepu (got 3 of them)and #3's employees looked at me like I had 2 heads on or something, but after some prodding I got Maku (3 again).
