(...) Yes, these are hollow 1 piece ABS wheels (32146). They first appeared last year in the 3057 Create 'n' Race set. I suspect the reason that they are in the 8241 set is cost. Ross, I am currently building a Spooler, similar to industrial converting machines used for spooling photographic films and papers. Of course, LEGO is small, so for a stock-roll I am using a spool of thread and for customer-rolls I am using (...) (25 years ago, 4-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic)
