Wow, that's really cool. I tried the same thing with a Life on Mars alien, but couldn't get it to work out. I'll have to try your idea. -gyug (...) (23 years ago, 21-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

Re: VP of lego direct Q&A Transcript

(...) Brad may not know. That's fair enough. But someone knows. And this is an issue that needs to be addressed. Think of the money being lost by not undercutting the prices found on eBay and private websites. They could sell these, but for some (...) (23 years ago, 21-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Is "traditional" Technic being killed off?

(...) I don't mind SOME of the new style smooth beams. (...) <snip> (...) Uh, you have half the world's current supply of black beams. Isn't that enough, for good? ;-D (...) Yep, I think gray, dark gray, and white would be high on my list too. TJ (always wishing for more beams, any size, any color) (23 years ago, 21-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic)

Re: VP of lego direct Q&A Transcript

(...) Hmmm, black I have plenty of (for a while, anyway). Grey & white would be nice though, and I know it's unlikely, but green'd be cool 8?) And other sizes, too. ROSCO (23 years ago, 21-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic)

(...) If you removed the 'excess' you would lose a lot of the strength of the part. Although I always thought if you removed the sticky out bit you could make an excellent heavy haulage tractor hitch. Steve (23 years ago, 20-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: VP of lego direct Q&A Transcript

I am no expert on these matters, but wouldn't a single excessively cross-posted message have done the trick here? Moreover, the subject matter doesn't seem particularly urgent for many of the newsgroups to which you are posting this news. What it (...) (23 years ago, 20-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic)
