As they say... imitation is the sincerest form of flattery ;-) I should have suspected, after I saw you using many of the same/similar parts (light blue window, red 4 wide roof, four z24 and two z16 gears) :-) Also glad you could make it (...) (...) Hi Stephane, Thanks for the praise but I built mine after seeing yours... So there is no need for any head to be covered! The reason why I started this model was because I *thought* no one else had the idea before, but now that I've seen David's model (in reply to (...)   Re: DEMAG AC500 in progress

The final pics will follow as soon as possible. By now I can tell you that the model represents a DEMAG AC 500 in a 1/20 scale; the model is powered by 5 motors - traction is driven by an old 5220, wich manages to move it withouit any problem even (...)   Re: Pneumatic Engines

(...) Alex Zorko has done just that. (URL) the bottom of his ideas page, and also his dodge charger model. He says it powerful enough to tear apart gearboxes.   Re: Good String for Your Models

(...) Actually, this stuff is very easy to tie, much like regular fiber string (e.g. cotton). Because it's braided, it has much more flexiblity.
