Well, sort of ... While it has a nice range of parts, I was disappointed that the two models are essentially the same - I would've preferred some differences.   Matoran MOCs

Suppose ProtoDermis effected more than just the Toa. During the Toa's heroic battle with Cahdok and Gahdok, superheated protodermis rose to Mata Nui's surface via fissure vents.   Re: I just bought my first Bionicle set!

I was slow on Bionicle in the begining too. I built the models and /liked/ them, but really didn't know where to go from there. It seems somewhere along the way, I reached a "critical mass" of Bionicle parts, and really started enjoying building (...) (22 years ago, 4-Oct-02, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

I just bought my first Bionicle set!

Yesterday when I went to Wal-Mart, I saw a Bionicle set on a 50% sale. The set number was 8560 and it was originally priced at $9.78 cdn. (...) The Bionicle 8558 Cahdok and Gahdok set has 22 of these, but in WHITE! Since the set retails for $60, it's more expensive on a $$/pin ratio.
