Yep, that's correct. This special figure is called 'Flipje van Tiel'. It
stands for a Dutch manufacturer of jam. Former these things were very very
popular on trucks as well as the Michelin figures. In the late seventies and
eighties it was normal in Holland to put lots of stuff on your truck. Movies
like 'Smokey and the bandit' and 'Convoy' became big hits and thanks to
these movies trucks became as popular as them. The trucks of the
'mixer-company' has all figures on it, but they're all Michelin men. Because
a Michelin men of LEGO looks a bit strange (how to create it???) I've chosen
for 'Flipje van Tiel'!
