Well, it appears the new stuff is popping up everywhere now. The usual selection of 2000 sets mentioned in prior postings has appeared in CT (near Enfield, no surprise there) at Wal-Mart stores. I was told by my wife that I was only allowed to buy (...) (25 years ago, 16-Dec-99, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) I can't beleive no one else pointed this out, but: The Speeder Bike Pilots don't have black minifig heads. Slave 1 has got to be the best Star Wars model yet. Right from putting the first pieces together, building it up, all those lovely slopes, the double hinged cockpit and the gravity levelled wings, this model is the BOMB. Definetly my fav.
