As a rebel pilot (experience from the game X-wing, it is very different in
the gane "XWvsTIE" though:
1. A-Wing

For the coolness (not the technical abilties, only the looking):

| I always preferred the A-Wing in dogfighting for the Alliance. It doesn't have a large weapons array, but it's fast speed and super manueverability always kept me alive the longest. For the Imperial fleet I liked the TIE Defender the best. The (...) (25 years ago, 11-Nov-99, to lugnet.starwars)
