  Re: NLS opinion

Well, I kept all my Lego during my dark age, but I've traded away half of it now for Star Wars sets, and pieces to make my own SW stuff. I'm 27, sort of the middle of the road I guess :-) <snip> (...) so (...) AFOLs (...) darkages (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jun-00, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) heres (...) etc... (...) Those legs always annoyed me. I'd always build my MOCs so that they had flat bottoms or in such a way that I didn't need the legs... they always would get knocked off during dogfights anyway. ~Mark (24 years ago, 20-Jun-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Hey all, Well I know we always try to remember that Lego is a "kids" toy but heres my Falcon complaint, It's too big for Andrew (5 years old) to fly with one hand for dog fights and the landing legs keep falling off. Well than he has to turn it over (...) (24 years ago, 19-Jun-00, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) Easy. Creation. (even if it wasn't castle <grin>) If you want a reason... building MOCs is much more satisfying, and develops your imagination. And when you show them to us, we enjoy it too. I think that my wife must have told them to tell ME that things I want to order are out of stock :) Question: Should I use my free-time tonight to organize and sort? (...) The Snowspeeder is probably the most accurate-looking of all the regular Star Wars sets. Except for being minifig scale, it almost *could* be a UCS set.
