Re: AAT just a phone call away...

(...) ...(snip) (...) The ultimate test, of course, will be if an AAT shows up on your doorstep in the next few days. Keep us posted. best Lindsay (25 years ago, 11-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: YT-1300 Variant

(...) I think we should have some sort of a vote on this because I was thinking the exact same thing. I planned on building my first lego bought MF and placing it next to my home built lego MF. Then I would laugh hysterically for 1/2 an hour, throw (...) (25 years ago, 11-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: YT-1300 Variant

Gary, (...) Indeed. I wads thinking in those same lines. I think the Falcon would be a better Outrider than a true Falcon. Scott S. -- Scott E. Sanburn Systems Administrator-Affiliated Engineers -> (URL) Page -> (URL) Soon: The Sanburn Systems (...) (25 years ago, 11-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: What makes a minifig?

(...) They don't. <grin> -Shiri BTW, Gary: all your replies are beginning new threads instead of getting attached to the posts you're replying to. Do you know why? (I'm guessing it's not on purpose ;-) (25 years ago, 11-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: YT-1300 Variant

(...) Now do you have any pictures of that ship? I was thinking about modifying my MF to look like that ship instead. I thought there was one some gaming website but I don't remember the URL. -Mike (25 years ago, 11-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  MTT Box Scans

Ralph was kind enough to send scans off of his set, and they are now posted at FBTB. Link under "Fan Sites" on the main Lugnet Star Wars page :) Ti (25 years ago, 11-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: YT-1300 Variant

(...) I have one question, what is the Otana? Is it that Millenium Falcon varient with the cockpit between the mandibles instead? -Mike (25 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: YT-1300 Variant

(...) Great idea. I plan on modifing mine to the Otana from X-Wing: Alliance. :) (25 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: What makes a minifig?

(...) Well, that wasn't quite his point-- his point was that IF it contains a minifig torso, minifig head, and minifig legs (used in a 'minifig way' [implied]) THEN it is *definitly* a minifig. He wasn't making any statements about candidates that (...) (25 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  YT-1300 Variant

Hiya folks. I just thought I'd toss these images up to show you guys what I think would make an interesting "modified" YT-1300 freighter. I may try to build something like one of these once the Millennium Falcon set is released. (URL) images are (...) (25 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Some questions

Mark Sandlin wrote in message ... (...) to say (...) Well, precise scale, no, but some are very close. For example, the X-Wing, Y-Wing, Snowspeeder and Luke's Landspeeder are all within a couple of studs of scale--which is actually fairly (...) (25 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: What makes a minifig?

(...) I was recently informed that his name is "Crankey". Just thought I'd share. In my book, he's no minifig. He's a minifig head with a structure of pieces attached to it. I'd say that he is no more a minifig than the skeleton head/crystal ball in (...) (25 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: What makes a minifig?

(...) Actually, some of them do...the ones in the Time Twisters sets had legs, as do the ones from the DACTA Castle set. There's not much *point* in them having legs, because of the body cover...but they're there. I think a better example would be (...) (25 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Yet Another Episode 1 Question

To All, Thanks for all the responses, let's see if I get this right now: Starting scene on viewscreen: Queen=Queen Discussion in Castle: Queen=Queen (My thoughts are that she became Padme before the Trade federation invaded Naboo) Captured: (...) (25 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: What makes a minifig?

(...) There was a big conversation about this a while back. What it all boils down to is personal judgement, really. In my view, Pit Droids aren't "minifigs", nor is Sebulba. It is tempting for me to say that what draws the line for me is legs and (...) (25 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)
