  Re: Set 10131 Tie Collection

(...) Mostly, except the only EU vehicle they've ever released. I'm wondering both what the deal was that they're supposedly not allowed to do EU ships, and what enabled them to get around it this time. I see three immediate possibilities for why (...)   Re: Set 10131 Tie Collection

(...) The official LEGO description DOES say 4 models. The big surprise is they included a TIE/D (Tie Droid) instead of a TIE/I (Interceptor) as the 4th model - the TIE/D is an expanded universe craft, and has not shown up in any movies (unless this (...)   Re: Set 10131 Tie Collection

(...) I wouldn't be too sure about that. The original TIE Fighter set was only 169 (the wings are big, but pretty low on part quantity), and just over 20 of those parts are the parking pole and the Stormie, so figure it at about 145 per TIE, and (...) (20 years ago, 26-Jul-04, to lugnet.starwars)

  Star Wars AT-AT 50%off

Hey Guys! Just was at the local Target (Oceanside CA.) Sunday and saw they had set #4483 AT-AT on clearance for 49.98 from the original price of 99.99. They had a bunch there, although some of the boxes were a little less than perfect. I'm glad I (...) (20 years ago, 26-Jul-04, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Set 10131 Tie Collection

I doubt it. The original TIE Fighter (set 7146) has 169 elements and the TIE bomber has 229 elements. I'm sure the Vader's TIE had fewer elements than the TIE bomber. This would leave over 116 elements for the fourth ship, which seems reasonable (...) (20 years ago, 26-Jul-04, to lugnet.starwars)

  Set 10131 Tie Collection

And now we know: (URL) I can't see getting all 4 models with only 682 pieces, so I figure it's at most two built at once. KDJ ___...___ LUGNETer #203, Ontario, Canada (20 years ago, 26-Jul-04, to lugnet.starwars)

Does 10030 Star Destroyer come with gray still or new blay?

Hi, just wanted to know if anyone has recently received a 10030 and whether or not the pieces are gray or blay? Thanks! Best regards, Rick (20 years ago, 26-Jul-04, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) Hey Chris, those models are awesome, and your website design is great! But I do have one comment about the website. For the nav menu at the left, you've used a custom-coloured scroll bar. Its colours are the reverse of the standard Windows (...) (20 years ago, 24-Jul-04, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Many Star Wars Minis and More!

(...) Wow, these are great. I especially like the Star Destroyer, Super Star Destroyer, and Nebulon-B Keep up the excellent modelling. -Orion P.S. Have you considered creating an LDraw file of any of your models? (20 years ago, 24-Jul-04, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) I agree. My favorite part (although the spidey torso is impressive) is the captain's vest. Lots of good detail there. (20 years ago, 6-Jul-04, to lugnet.town, lugnet.starwars, lugnet.pirates)

Joel, All of your work is fantastic and impressive. I'd like to hear more about how you built the maxifigs. Is it all trial-and-error freehand? I'd love to have one of those Spidermans. :) Corey www.brickitgood.com (20 years ago, 4-Jul-04, to lugnet.town, lugnet.starwars, lugnet.pirates)
