  Re: BioniWars: SpeeToa Bike

(...) It's technically the end of the two-week series, but if I get ideas for additional characters, they'll be added as I finish them. Same thing goes for the three other BatToa Droid variations that I've already designed. (...) I was rather (...) (21 years ago, 26-May-03, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: BioniWars: SpeeToa Bike

(...) This is a great addition to the BioniWars line. Kudos on that you were able to make it without much difficultly and capture the trademarked design so well! Even if the flaps do not flap I can tell from the pictures it looks really good. Since (...) (21 years ago, 26-May-03, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars)

  BioniWars: SpeeToa Bike

This is the masterpiece of this theme, coming in at 12-1/16th" long with the flaps open, and standing 7-1/4" tall when piloted. Ironically, while it does use one RoboRider head and one Throwbot foot, there aren't any original Bionicle pieces (...)   BioniWars: Scout Toaper

I was never happy with his gun, so I guess it's a good thing that I came up with a more accurate design Friday night. Not that there's much room for accuracy in a gun that uses only three pieces... Oh, yeah, and while today is the official close of (...) (21 years ago, 25-May-03, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars)

  BioniWars: Boba Fetoa, ROTJ Style

Hey look! It's the bounty hunter who's so nice, I made him twice! And yes, I did give him the correct gun (you'd be surprised how many hard-core SW fans think he has the same rifle in both TESB and ROTJ). Check out our latest DSM MOC from our homepage, Detention Sentry; (URL) detention cell block can only be accessed through the guarded sentry room.   BioniWars: Boba Fetoa, TESB Style

Hey, the title for the Jango Fetoa article was "Fett: The First". You should have known this one was coming... (URL) (21 years ago, 24-May-03, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: BioniWars: AT-OA Pilot

(...) Spare? Spare?!?!?!? Hah! I laugh in your face! I currently own around 100 Toa and Toa Nuva sets, including all of the ones used for BioniWars MOCs. I think my total brick-based Bionicle expendatures have exceeded $3500 by now (I've been (...) (21 years ago, 23-May-03, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: BioniWars: AT-OA Pilot

(...) Actually, it's the other way around. I built the AT-OA Pilot first, and then immediately followed it with the TOA Fighter Pilot. It's just coincidence that their release order is flip-flopped. I believe this is the order in which I built (...) (21 years ago, 23-May-03, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: BioniWars: AT-OA Pilot

David, Sorry about not posting earlier, but I'm really digging this whole line. You've been really prolific with it and I'm always looking forward to seeing more. Plus you've found a good use for all those spare Bionicle parts. :) Keep up the good (...) (21 years ago, 23-May-03, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars)

Re: New MOC: X-Wing Starfighter (v.2)

Hey guys, thanks for the feedback. You too, Eric and Tim. ;) Aaron- I'm not into selling sets, but instructions should/will be up soon. Thanks for the comments. Andrew- Thanks. I was looking at my original one and got the feeling of "it's cool, but (...) (21 years ago, 23-May-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  BioniWars: AT-OA Pilot

  Re: BioniWars: TOA Fighter Pilot

(...) You should like the next one then... (...) You mean the macrobinocs? Someone requested a view of the BatToa Droid gun when I first posted that, and I think I'll do a follow-up article on Monday with nice profile shots of all the guns and such. (...)   Re: BioniWars: TOA Fighter Pilot

(...) I'm too impatient. When I want a part, I want it now. Besides, I've been using all of the Kopaka legs as fast as I can get them (notice that Kopaka comes with two, but most of the Toapers use three), I've only got one spare white torso right (...)   Re: BioniWars: TOA Fighter Pilot

(...) David, I just went through all of the characters. (My apologies for not doing so earlier.) THESE ARE GREAT! Like Bruce, I'm really enjoying them. You've combined two very interesting themes and have been extremely creative. I think my favorite (...) (21 years ago, 23-May-03, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: BioniWars: TOA Fighter Pilot

(...) Ya know, Bricklink can be your friend. Its better than paying the very high TRU prices. M (21 years ago, 23-May-03, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: BioniWars: TOA Fighter Pilot

(...) I'm sure the local TRU is also enjoying them, as they're the only place in town that still has the original Kopaka in stock, and I've had to buy ten more just for this series alone (along with about six other regular Toa). (...) I figured I'd (...) (21 years ago, 23-May-03, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars)
